DISTRICT SUPERVISORS
In addition to providing quality cleaning services, Specialty Services believes that the safety of our employees, our clients and the general public is a top priority and we put a lot of effort into ensuring that these values our passed down the quality chain.  One of our most important links is the District Supervisor.  

Specialty Services’ District Supervisors have many year of experience in the cleaning business and are generally promoted from within the company.  They have a proven track record of:

• Demonstrating exceptional quality in their work
• Displaying a genuine concern for the safety of their co-workers, clients and the public in general
• They are reliable, consistently on time and eager to follow up
• Have proven to be flexible and are always willing to help and adapt to new situations
  

The primary role of our District Supervisors is to provide effective communication between all Specialty Services employees, clients and management.

The District Supervisor travels from site to site communicating with all of our janitors, porters and cleaners.  They make sure each individual has all the training, tools and supplies needed to perform their jobs.  In addition, the District Supervisor makes sure our clients are having all of their cleaning needs met.When you have a question, request or complaint your District Supervisor is there to help you.

Finally, the District Supervisor is responsible for reporting any inconsistencies in the quality of workmanship, tools, supplies and overall work environment back to management.  If a situation arises that can not be handled by the District supervisor, the Specialty Services Management team is ready to respond
