Specialty Services was formed by Danny Tellez and Peter Richards. The two have a combined 60 years of experience in the cleaning and janitorial industry.
They joined forces in 1986. In the early days the company only had a handful of local offices and schools to service. Their commitment to providing specialized services, with specific attention to detail, to each client has allowed them to expand beyond the San Gabriel Valley into the South Bay, San Fernando Valley, and San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
Today Specialty Services provides services to clients in sky-rise buildings, commercial properties, manufacturing facilities and small and large school campuses throughout Southern California.
In addition, a residential department was born out of so many clients requesting our services in their homes. Specialty Services residential department provides cleaning services for many prestigious homes throughout the San Gabriel Valley and has been chosen to service Pasadena Showcase Homes for the past four years in a row.
